All project metrics are now operational, with the exception of the Daily Disk IO Budget metric in the us-east-1 region.
We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Update
All metrics in the dashboard (CPU, memory, etc) are affected. If you're using the metrics endpoint for your project, you are NOT affected.
